I've been in the social media and digital space for about 10 years now - and that's an old-timer in this field. I specialise in running social media ads but can definitely throw together some great content as well as some video editing. I eat, breathe and sleep digital, it gives me life. I love how it connects people and how much of a psychology and science it can be.

Content is King

I'm a little obsessed with content and love developing strategies around trends and how you can get the most engagement from your audience. I'm such a right-brain - don't worry, I can do the left-side things too - but I love seeing ideas and innovation and thinking come to life in a visual. It's what makes creating content so exciting.

What can I do?

I'm a bit of a mixed bag in terms of what I can offer. Don't ask me to edit a high-quality production video for TV. 😂 There are big companies who can do that sort of thing, but for now, I offer:

Just who is Brandon van Reenen

So, I'm 33 years old - as of this writing, will need to see if I want to even update it to 32 once I get there - and I hail from Cape Town, South Africa. Born and bred. Typical Cape Town chasing-sunsets kinda guy, I guess. My Instagram proves that.

I'm unconventional, some would say, for a 33-year old. I'm still very much into things like WWE - don't judge me - and I've not missed a single episode of Pokemon either. Outside of that, I love traveling and exploring. I've been to Thailand thrice and Indonesia once. I love long drives and visiting small dorpies in South Africa too.

I'm a massive foodie too and pretty capable in the kitchen. If you're nice, I'll make something for you. But it's going to depend on whether or not there's something on TV I need to watch. Yes, I'm OBSESSED with television and try to keep up to date with everything that goes on in the world of TV. So I know quite a bit for no reason whatsoever.
